Music Rights Verification

Fully Licensed Music (“FLM”) confirms that it owns and controls 100% of the copyrights in the music supplied to active subscribers under the subscription terms & conditions and licenses the subscriber to use this catalog as background music within the subscriber’s commercial premises (including retail, hospitality, restaurants, gyms, offices, and similar environments).
FLM does not authorize any Music collection society or other third party to collect royalties for the FLM catalog. When the active Subscriber’s premises play only FLM music as background music, the subscriber is covered for our rights in that music.
This confirmation applies solely to FLM’s catalog and the background-use license granted to the subscriber under an active subscription. Use of any other music sources (including personal streaming services, television, radio, live performances, or third-party libraries) may require separate licenses from Music collection societies or other rights holders.
If the subscriber is contacted by a Music collection society regarding alleged use of their members’ repertoire, this verification may be provided together with the FLM digital certificate (issued to all active subscribers) and account details for verification. For any questions, please contact us.
