How to verify that a certificate is active ?
Simple – just go to our digital verification portal, enter the unique certificate number, and verify in real time.
Certificate Verification (Instant Check)
Use this tool to confirm whether a displayed Fully Licensed Music certificate is genuine and currently valid. Enter the certificate number exactly as shown; our system checks it against our live database and returns Verified or Not Verified. For verified entries, we show limited details (certificate holder name, location/site, and validity dates) for transparency while protecting privacy.
A certificate is only valid when the associated subscription is active and fully paid up; lapsed, suspended, or unpaid accounts will return Not Verified. This matters for audits and compliance: venues must display a valid certificate and ensure only Fully Licensed Music is played in the covered zones. If third-party tracks are used or the subscription is not in good standing, the certificate does not provide coverage. This information is provided as a general compliance aid and is not legal advice.
